I’d like to roll the drums for my colleague Matthias Geiger who recently started blogging about his research project as well. You can find his blog here. Matthias works at the same chair as me and sits on the opposite side of the wall I am facing.
Matthias’ work, and as a consequence the posts on his blog, focus on services and process-aware information systems. He is particularily interested in BPMN 2.0 process models and tries to find techniques for improving their quality. He has done some work on the BPMN 2.0 serialization format and is currently looking at static code analysis suites, in particular SonarQube, which could provide support for implementing quality improvement techniques. This is also quite interesting for me, as these suites typically also support a metrics dashboard.
You should give Matthias’ blog a visit!
